Cassie Zhen, Visual Designer
Cassie is originally from Canada and currently lives in Berlin. She received a BA in graphic design from Ontario College of Art and Design.
How would you describe your job at Cozy?
I help Cozy communicate their products in the most simplistic way possible, so in the clearest fashion, and in the smartest form of design. My job is to achieve simple elegance.
What is your favorite part of working at Cozy?
My favorite part is the great interaction between people. We can always get a lot of things done and feel really inspired by each other. The products themselves are great, but it’s really the team that keeps me around.
If you were in the Olympics, which sport would you compete in?
The 100m dash. I like working under pressure. It’s very fast and powerful. It’s a good description of the way I like to approach my work as well.
If you had a theme song that played every time you entered a room, what would it be?
“1812 Overture” by Tchaikovsky. It’s 15 minutes of glory.
What music are you embarrassed that you like listening to?
Justin Timberlake is my guilty pleasure, specifically his new music. But only from time to time. You can't have too much of a good thing.
